Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited content and behavior when using 2dl.app and related services ("2DL"). This AUP applies to sellers, buyers, affiliates, and any other users of the platform.
High-level rule
Use 2DL only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others, compromise security, or interfere with the integrity of the service.
Prohibited content
- Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Infringing content (including copyright/trademark infringement).
- Malware, exploit kits, phishing, credential theft, or other harmful code/content.
- Doxxing or content that violates privacy rights.
- Content intended to scam, defraud, or mislead users.
Prohibited behavior
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
- Abuse of APIs, rate limits, or automated actions that degrade service reliability.
- Misrepresenting identity, affiliation, or product characteristics in a deceptive way.
- Using 2DL to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Evading enforcement actions, including creating new accounts to bypass restrictions.
- Affiliate abuse, including cookie stuffing, forced clicks, deceptive attribution, or manipulation of referral tracking.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe there is a violation of this AUP or our Terms, we may take action to protect users and the platform. Actions may include removing or disabling content, pausing sales or payouts, restricting features, requiring additional verification, or suspending/terminating accounts.
Tiered enforcement approach
Enforcement depends on severity, intent, harm, and recurrence. Actions may include:
- Warning and request to remediate.
- Temporary restrictions (for example, upload limits or listing pauses).
- Suspension (temporary account access loss).
- Termination (permanent account closure) and/or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Examples of severe violations
The following may result in immediate suspension or termination:
- Distribution of malware, phishing, credential theft, or other harmful content.
- Attempts to breach or compromise platform security, other accounts, or payment flows.
- Fraud, scams, or repeated deceptive practices.
- Repeated evasion of enforcement actions.

Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are posted.
